The space A beach lovers paradise with space galore-inside and out! Nearly 3000 sq ft of living space in this renovated home. Bamboo Floors and stunning tile work in bathrooms and entry. Ocean view from bedrooms and kitchen and dining room. 5 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms Washer and Dryer are in the house as well. Please ask questions if you don't see something written. Bath towels and sheets provide, beach towels, but recommended to bring extra plus bring your own beach chair. Some extra blankets in closets. Please bring all personal supply. House located on a double lot, gas grill outside as well as a fire pit and chairs. The house is on a double lot, great options for games, mostly sandy area. Private parking for up to 6 cars. Guest access Picnic tables outside as well as fireplace and chairs. Gas grill outside. Access to anything in the house that is not locked up. Please ask questions if in doubt. Other things to note Important notice for the month of July and August, we do only rent Saturdays to Saturdays, if needed more than one week contact me first or book two weeks, we have regular renters for summer time that book week to week and the set up with cleaning crew is set for Saturday's turnaround.
