Welcome to Hale Alapi'i, our home in fabulous Lanikai! This is a 3b/2b ~1,400 sq. ft. main house that sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids comfortably, on a slight uphill to enjoy beautiful Hawaiian scenery, tropical birds and island breezes. It has been recently fully renovated and has all the necessities to enjoy a wonderful vacation for an extended family. The studio with queen and full bathroom (350 sq. ft.) accommodates 2 extra people and rents for an additional fee. The space The house is 3-minute walk from a little beach and water access for snorkeling, swimming or kayaking to the Mokes. It is a 10-minute walk from the world famous Lanikai beach. You can see the Lanikai Pillbox from our backyard. The trails' access point is 2 blocks for a great hike and gorgeous views of the Windward shore. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. ***QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM - 8AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of 30 days from the Arrival Date. If your scheduled stay is for a period of less than 30 days, you may extend your stay by paying for each additional day that you occupy the property at the same daily rate per night, payable in advance of your arrival. If you do not wish to extend your scheduled stay and vacate the Property before the end of the 30 day period, the Property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
