The 1400 House - A 3 bed / 2 bath home in the center of everything Missoula has to offer. This home has been completely remodeled inside and out. It is very comfortable for up to 6 guests. The home is fully furnished and decorated featuring the work of local Montana artists and craftspersons. Outside, you will find a large, perfectly landscaped yard and a large concrete patio. There is a lot of off street parking. The house has central heat and air conditioning and an on demand hot water heater The space The 1400 House was decorated with the work of many local artists and furniture builders including Scott. A lot of the wood furniture was crafted right here in Missoula with wood salvaged from local buildings. The entire fence around the property was built with original wood sub-flooring from the 1400 House. There is a lot of light from the big windows and LED can lighting. Most of the house has 9' ceilings. In the kitchen you'll find local coffee to get you started off right in the morning. High-end mattresses including king, queen and 2 twins will be waiting for you every night. Also available is a full sized washer/dryer. Outside there is a lot of off street parking and 2-3 off street spots. You’ll also enjoy a very large, beautifully landscaped yard to hang out and grill with friends and family. We can point you in the right direction whether you are hikers, cyclists, fishermen, skiers or just looking for fun ways to enjoy the local rivers. Scott is a contractor who remodeled the home and keeps it maintained in perfect working order. Rachel is responsible for the gardens which are absolutely gorgeous.
