Located across the street from the North Shore's best beach, Good Harbor Beach, this family home offers five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate living area downstairs. The grounds include parking for six cars, an outdoor entertaining/dinning area, and spacious fenced yard for the kids to run around. Perfect for a large group or family. Inside you will find comfortable furnishings and all the necessary items to make your stay enjoyable. Onsite amenities include but are not limited to: Wi-Fi, Washer and dryer, cable, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware, two televisions and bunk bed set up for those traveling with kids. Don't forget the outside shower to get all that sand off after a day on the beach. The top floor features 2 bedrooms, a large open living area with dining room and kitchen and a full bath. All upper rooms have ductless AC units to keep nice and cool on those hot summer days. The living room, kitchen and dinning room are all open concept and lead out to the large deck overlooking the yard. The primary bedroom has a king bed and small private balcony offering views of the marsh. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full). The downstairs has three bedrooms a full bath and second living room. The lower level generally stays cooler than the upstairs but window AC’s are provided in all of the bedrooms. the living room had a ductless wall unit. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds. The third bedroom is two twin beds. There is a pull out queen sleeper in the living room. The laundry (washer/dryer) is also located on this level. Aside from the accommodations, what will keep you coming back year after year, is the unbelievably short walk to Good Harbor beach. You can be on the beach in minutes and you'll welcome the short walk back after a relaxing day. PLEASE do not park on the right side of the house. (Grass side) *linens/towels are not provided. We do provide comforters/mattress and pillow covers. Please see the house manual for needed items. *pets are not permitted. Bookings between last week of June - Labor Day require a weeks stay.
