We are only 1.6 miles from the beach and access to mass transit and major highways. You will have access to the lanai, private room, washer/dryer and entry through side gate. The private room is next to my home. We live and work on the island. I work from home and am home daily. We are available when needed. You have private entrance and access to shared space lanai.
