Built in 1935 but fully renovated, it is the perfect summer getaway spot with a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The space Outdoor space The house is equipped with a private dock, two large picnic tables, a gas grill, a fire pit, a canoe, two kayaks, a pedal boat, a hammock, and other fun water toys. Plan outdoor meals for the picnic tables, bring marshmallows to roast, and don’t forget to catch the beautiful sunset visible from the dock and indoor living area. The dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or docking your boat (if you have one). Living space You will have the entire house to yourself, which includes 3 adjoining bedrooms with one queen bed and four single beds, and a full bath. The house has a full galley kitchen with a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, and pots/pans/plates/cutlery. Most rooms have ceiling fans and there are window air conditioning units in the living room and queen bedroom. The living area has a TV with an Amazon FireStick so you can access any of your streaming services. Wifi available all throughout the house. Other things to note Walking distance to Indian Ranch (summer concert venue), five minute drive to grocery store, laundromat, and great food options, twenty minute drive to Worcester. NO pets, NO smoking, or parties allowed. Situated in a quiet cove that encourages quiet hours after 10 pm. No third-party renting allowed. Guests are responsible for their own safety in the house, on the property, and in the lake. Please note that there are steps to get into the house and a sloped yard from the parking area to the house.
