You'll be just 1 block from the park and 6 blocks from MSU campus. The Main St. Co-op Store is 3 blocks away while Bozeman's Downtown District, with many shops, restaurants, bars, & art galleries, is a short 10-15 minute walk. Bridger Ski Area is a 25 minute drive, Big Sky just over 1 hour, and Yellowstone Park 1.5 hours. No smoking or parties allowed. The space The Waterman House is a completely restored two-story home built in 1890 by Bozeman pioneers Christopher & Catherine Waterman. The light-filled house has 9-10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and is furnished with Montana-made Mission style furniture, beautiful Persian rugs, and all new premium mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and the dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people. Guest access You will have access to the entire main level & 2nd floor, laundry area in the basement, front yard with paved parking pad (accommodates 1 large or 2 small vehicles), and fenced-in back yard. Hot tub is for exclusive use by guests. The back yard is shared with the carriage house apartment, which is occupied by the owner’s daughter. She is available to assist guests, if needed.
