Relax on Partridge Pond. Great for paddle boarding and swimming or just hanging out on the deck/dock and grilling. Great local restaurants and Wachusetts brewery 5 min up the road and Wachusetts ski area 10 min away. Local hiking trails and golf course nearby. Newly furnished. Updated utilities. Quiet area and a great retreat. Year round entertainment. We enjoy our time here. This is a ‘pet-free’ property. The space Large, open main room / kitchen. One full bath with tub and a new half bath in one of the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the third bedroom had a trundle bed which opens to two twins side-by-side or make it into a queen. Living room overlooks the waterfront. Guest access The entire house is accessible. The basement is accessible from the outside and is typically closed off.
