One full bath with tub and a new half bath in one of the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the third bedroom had a trundle bed which opens to two twins side-by-side or make it into a queen. Living room overlooks the waterfront. Guest access The entire house is accessible. The basement is accessible from the outside and is typically closed off.
