Your room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, offering a small desk for your convenience, a TV with access to free local channels, seamless Wi-Fi to keep you connected, and ample storage for your clothing. We can't wait for you to settle in and make this space your own, as we strive to ensure your stay with us is delightful and truly homely. You will have access to the living room , dinning room and kitchen and the back porch I am always available via the app, text or phone call whenever needed. this lovely location is filled with amenities from parks for running to plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can walk almost everywhere in this neighborhood however there are buses and trains as a secondary option. If you do happen to have a car its still a awesome location close to the US 1&9 and not fa away from most major cities and location A few things to note: Number Rooms: 3 Host on site - Note that the basement studio is currently occupied by the host (me!). To help to maintain the property i will come up occasionally to make sure everything is okay. Laundry - There is no laundry available on site, though there is a lovely mom and pop laundromat a short 3-min walk away Shared Areas - please note the below are shared areas: Bathroom Living & Dining Room Kitchen Pets - a reminder that pets are not permitted
