At Our Happy Place you will enjoy many updated amenities with the charm of a beach house. Our Happy Place has 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, outdoor shower, and paved patio backyard with gas grill. So sit back relax and enjoy your stay. The space Our Happy Place is located 300 steps from a private Manomet beach. The beach house sleeps 7 adults comfortably. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed lovated on the first floor. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is a king bed and a 32” roku TV. Bedroom #3 has a full bed with a 32” Roku TV. Bedroom #4 has a twin bed. The bathroom with tub is on the first floor. Washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Brand new outdoor shower is in the backyard. Linens and bath towels will be provided. Guests are responsible for beach towels and personal grooming products. There are 3 steps to enter into the house. You will enter through the dining/sitting area. There are 2 separate inviting areas to wake up, grab a cup of coffee or tea. You could also use one of these areas as a work space. The fully functioning kitchen includes a propane stove, refrigerator, brand new dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, pots, pans, dishes and glassware. The living room is on the first floor, has a large sectional couch and an oversized reclining chair. Perfect for extra family members. There is also a 43” flat screen TV with streaming capabilities through the cable box. Netflix and Hulu are available. There is high speed wifi. Also there are board games and many books for your entertainment in the cabinet in the living room. The backyard is fenced in for privacy. The entire backyard is hardscaped with pavers that help to keep the bugs away. There is a large gazebo which provides shade, patio furniture to relax on, propane gas grill to cook on, a fire pit and an outdoor shower. There are 3 parking spaces out front in the paver driveway. In the backyard, there is a gas grill for cooking outdoors, a gazebo to get a break from the sun and a fire pit to enjoy as the sun sets.
