Cozy, Private South Hills Guest Suite

This bright and cozy guest suite is a half level below our single family home on a quiet cul de sac in Missoula's South Hills. You'll appreciate the tranquil location, private entrance, mountain views and ample window light. Whether you're lounging after a day of hiking or fishing, stopping through on your way to Glacier National Park, or crashing after a concert at the Kettlehouse Ampitheater, you'll find this mid-century inspired guest space a great fit for your needs. The space Accommodations include a queen bed, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with basic amenities, small couch, dining table, standing desk with monitor, HEPA air filter, and a small tv with local channels or access to guest streaming services. One parking space is available on the cul de sac and guest access is through a separate entrance on the side of the house. Currently guests must walk through the grass down a small hill to get to the door. Guest access Access includes the entire guest suite. Other things to note We are a young family with two small children and we love our neighbors! Thus we respectfully request that guests maintain quiet hours between 8pm and 8am. Sometimes our children are loud (transitions are hardest) and rarely we need to do laundry at a weird time (we try to avoid this as much as possible). Usually you won't hear it, but if you do we are sorry and thank you for your understanding. Please reach out if you have any complaints. We have a zero tolerance for smoking or vaping on the property (including marijuana), so please do not reserve our space if you cannot follow this rule.
