This unit has undergone a total remodel to make our guest’s stay comfortable. There are new cherry cabinets, together with granite counter-tops and work island, new fridge, dishwasher, ACs, HE GE washer/dryer and park at your unit, just steps away. You will love the central location of this cottage, close to Pearl Harbor, Hickam Air Force Base, Kaiser Medical Center, Tripler Medical Center and just minutes from Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki and Ala Moana Beach and Shopping Centers. The space This is a totally furnished large 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Very spacious with all new cabinetry and flooring, you will feel like you are in a large luxury suite. There is an island which is great for working or eating, and everything you need from luxury linens, to fine porcelain dishes is provided for your stay. The unit is fully air conditioned to make your stay comfortable. There are two new 55” Smart Samsung TVs which allow guests to connect to their favorite apps, together with free high speed internet. This unit underwent a total remodel in the Spring of 2022 and you will love all the amenities, from fresh coffee to all your basic condiments; luxury bath towels, soaps and shampoos to mirrored closet doors and a walk in shower. There is also a brand new full size GE Washer/Dryer located in the shed in back for your use during your stay. No more searching for parking spaces, parking in tight buildings or having to lug your groceries up elevators or flights of stairs in this unit. We also offer a complimentary 3 hour clean to our guests who stay 40 days or longer to keep their bathroom, kitchen and living area clean. There are ample cleaning supplies and equipment in the unit to keep your unit sparkling as it was when you arrived, so there is never a problem:)! Guest access Guests have access to park in front of the unit off Salt Lake Blvd. Construction on a back lot has been stopped. There is currently a security gate blocking half of the driveway, although guests can still park on the short driveway in front (if available). There is a shed that houses both a two new HE GE Washer and Dryers, full size, which our guests have access to, together with all detergent. Other things to note This is an old style plantation cottage. You are just steps from your parking and steps to your front door. It is comfortable, affordable Island Living. This is a legal, fully furnished vacation rental. Although the guest does not have to stay for the full 30 days, it must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
