LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA & KITCHEN: The living room has a cozy couch that can extend for sleeping, a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), and a dining area with a table and chairs. There is a full kitchen with appliances and amenities. BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen size bed adorned with clean & cozy linens, which has 2 spacious closets with mirrored glass doors. BATHROOM: There is a full bathroom, and washer & dryer in the for guests to use. BACK YARD: Guests may access the back yard patio. There is a table with chairs. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment. -The main door entrance to the home is shared. -Once you enter into the home, you will then enter into the door for Apt 1. -The owner lives on premises in the separate upstairs level of the home. -There is no access between each living space. -The apartment is completely private with its own entrance. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. --Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the access information & the code for the main door and for Apt 1's door approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. There is shared entry through the main door, and a separate private entrance to the apartment door. PARKING: -There is only on street parking at this property. -There is no driveway or designated parking area. -You will be provided with 1 residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage. - $100 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out. ADDITIONAL PARKING: -For extra vehicles, recommended parking at the Wave Garage on Fairmont and Mississippi Avenues, a few minutes from the property. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. MAIL: MAIL: -Please do not ship items to the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "A Quaint Space", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
