Beautiful brand new 3 bedroom, newly renovated basement 1 & 1/2 bathroom apartment in Mid-Cambridge - walk to Harvard University, MIT and Boston. People from everywhere are welcome! The space The apartment features three (3) bedrooms, a complete kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, flat screen TV, wifi, washcloths and towels, a programmable safe and individually controlled heat/air conditioning. An additional air mattress may be requested as well. The full bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and a hair dryer. The kitchen includes a full refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils and Keurig for coffee/tea. There is also a washer/dryer available for guest use. Other things to note The apartment has a private keypad entry system, to help you enjoy as much privacy as you want, no waiting or looking around for keys. Each room has a keypad lock, so you don’t have to worry about misplacing or forgetting to leave the keys at the end of your stay. We can provide one parking pass via an on-street residential permit that you can pick up when you arrive at our apartment. Public transportation is so easy from the apartment that many neighbors do not have cars and typically, finding a spot within a block of the apartment is not an issue.
