The house is located on a lovely corner lot in the desirable south end of town; two blocks from Main Street shops/sidewalk cafés and seven short blocks to the beach. It offers quiet surroundings, street parking, and an easy 8-minute walk to the beach. The home has been decorated in soothing colors to create an ambiance of relaxation and whimsy. Plan a romantic getaway for 2 in the cottage or make it a fun family vacation for up to7 guests in both homes! New and fully supplied laundry facilities are located in the basement level. Comfortable seating is provided on the porch for relaxing in those lazy breezy summer evenings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Though the one bedroom cottage is attached to the 3 BR main house at the rear -- the units are their own unique structure with a separate entrance, front porch, front yard, garden, in a VERY PRIVATE setting. Other things to note The house has a keyless entry system for our guest's convenience.
