This is for someone who wants a clean, cozy, safe place to sleep. There is no kitchen access and no air conditioning. However this room has a mini fridge, hot water kettle, TV, fans and full size bed. Please remove your shoes at the door and place them in the chest outside the door. These rooms are hot during the day (on hot days). Your room is a private room (other than the occasional gecko) and you will also have a private bathroom on the ground floor of this two story house. The space This property is in Hawaiian Paradise Park. The property is gated with plenty of parking. There is a security camera at the gate. There are fruit trees throughout the property that you can pick and eat from including: Samoan and regular coconuts, lemons, avocados, ulu (breadfruit), pineapples, guava, lilikoi (passion fruit) and a huge garden. The property is the home of two dogs and and two cats. You will hear coqui frogs at night (and possibly my neighbors’ karaoke) as well as possibly roosters, Guinea hens or peacocks during the day. Guest access Guests can access the front porch which includes a couch, two chairs, an ottoman, a table and chair. Guests can also access seating in the back which includes a table under a tarp and chairs (you’re welcome to smoke in the back). Lastly guests can access a huge garden on the side of house.
