This property is perfect for a lovers getaway, family trip, or just a disconnect from life's craziness! Close by is the Upper Iowa, the Mississippi River, along with public land access! Main floor with a loft. Covered patio with grill and patio with hot tub. Main floor-kitchen, living room, dining, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. Loft-3 twin beds in the loft, 1 rollaway bed. Guests can access the entire property. I’m available throughout the entire stay. If needed I’m 25 mins down the highway. 3 night minimum stay on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pets are allowed but it’s one time $50 charge PER pet. Hot tub is available year round. There are 6 kayaks and a trailer available for rent. Kayaks are not guaranteed for your reservation unless reserved in advance.
