The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, two- burner stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, pots & pans and pantry storage. The bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a dresser, a closet, and a 42" smart TV with YouTube TV. A wall-unit air conditioner/heater is located in the bedroom. Shared amenities include a seasonal heated pool, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, coin operated laundry, an outdoor storage shed for beach gear, and one dedicated off-street parking space. Guests will need to bring their own bed linens, bath and beach towels, kitchen towels, paper products, and toiletries. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds and one full-size sleeper sofa. Comforters and pillows are provided. Please note: Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve , and the renting guest must be on the premises for the duration of the stay. The entire condo complex, including this unit, is non-smoking. Other things to note Peak season rentals are available on a Saturday to Saturday basis from June 27, 2026 through August 22, 2026. Outside of peak season, a 2-3 night minimum stay applies. A rental agreement is required and will be sent for signature after booking and before your stay.
