All bedrooms are equipped with AC, Egyptian cotton sheets and bedgear mattresses to ensure you get a good night's rest. Downstairs: • The Captain's Quarters includes a king bed, en-suite full bath and walk-in closet with views of the vegetable garden and grape vines in the back yard. • The Office features a large desk and bay window view of the front garden with access to hard wire internet if needed. (high speed wifi is available throughout the house) • The Kitchen features all brand new stainless steel appliances, filtered water and ice-maker as well as bar seating and a gas stove with an air-fry capable oven and a microwave. • The Dining Room is located right off of the deck and includes seating for 6 that is expandable to 8 with leaf. The patio dining area seats 6. • The Living Area features a velvet sofa with memory foam pull-out mattress, an egg chair perfect for cozying up with a new book, smart TV and gas fireplace. • Half bath is located in hallway between the kitchen and dining. Upstairs: • The Overlook room is a large bedroom that includes a queen and twin bed along with a seating area with Smart TV and coffee table for board games. This room has full views of the back and side yards. • The Hightide room features a Queen bed with pull-out drawers, Moroccan rugs and the coziest vibes. This room has direct access to a full Jack and Jill bathroom that the Dunes room also has direct access to. • The Dunes room is named for its airy, peaceful nature and decor. It features a queen and twin bed with direct access to the Jack and Jill full bathroom. The Grounds: • Front garden with footpath to meander through as well as a bird bath and bench that is perfect for taking in the moment. • Vegetable Garden in the back of the house produces many types of lettuce, herbs and peppers through the Spring and Summer. • The back patio area features its own dining table along with access to the outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. • Further in the back yard you can find the fire pit area which includes a solo stove beside the fairy garden and a BBQ area for firing up dinner. For the kids: • Beach toys, sports balls and corn hole can all be found in the shed. • Inside they can find a treasure map that takes them on an adventure through the house and gardens to find a gold doubloon.
