The space This house is perfect for a group of fishermen, a retreat or family get together! The home features a private step-down (4 steps) suite with fireplace, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower. There is also a private outside entrance at ground level. There is a room just outside the suite with two twin beds and a new full shower and bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, there is a private bed room with two twin beds, accessed through a loft with two more twin beds at the top of the stairs. There is another completely remodeled bathroom with a shower at the foot of the stairs for those staying upstairs. The kitchen is a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a Viking range, Subzero refrigerator/ freezer, and large island with three stools, as well as a dining table that seats 6. Adjacent to the dining area is a sliding glass door opening to the large step down deck two steps above ground level where you will find a gas grill, a flat top grill, and picnic tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. Cedar Creek flows swiftly just outside the fence 20 feet off the deck separating the property from a ranch with horses and sheep. The kitchen also opens onto a relaxing sunken family room with big screen TV and wood-burning stove. Just off the family room on the front side of the house is a sitting room with a professional poker table as well as access to a large covered front porch. The sitting room opens to the spacious dining room with seating for 10 in the center of the house adjacent to the kitchen and the second floor stairwell. The separate bunk house features a private bedroom with a full size bed and ground level outdoor access, and one large room with two full-size bunkbeds (4 beds). There is a bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchenette and small sitting area which opens onto the common backyard and a large firepit with chairs for those cool Montana nights. The clear night sky offers unrivaled stargazing, with the occasional meteor shower or northern lights illuminating the skies. A view of the mountains and giant spruce trees completes the backdrop for a memorable vacation. Guest access Entire 3 acre property is for all guests . The property is fenced on the perimeter with two ungated openings on the west side accessing the main parking driveway. Main house and bunk house are accessible only to the party currently renting the entire property.
