WE LOVE THIS HOME AS IT IS NEWER CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHED AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN EDGARTOWN , SOUTH BEACH AND STATE BEACH AND IS ON THE BIKE PATH BUT IT IS STILL VERY PRIVATE AS WE ARE ON A HEAVILY WOODED STREET. I also have transferrable car ferry tickets for July and August that can be purchased. The space During July and August there is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, I may be flexible on the rental days. But we only accept Saturday check-in inJulyand August. Newly constructed home in Edgartown within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard and deck for entertaining, as well as being close to State and South Beach. It is on the bike path as well. The owner has just installed all new granite countertops in the kitchen. The home is in a highly wooded area within a 10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries.The home is also very close to State and South Beach. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator. Guest access We have a keyless entry with a code to be provided upon payment. Other things to note WE ARE VERY CLOSE TO SENGECONTACKET POND WHICH IS GREAT FOR KAYAKING AND WE ALSO PROVIDE A MOORING IN THE POND IF YOU WISH TO BRING OR RENT A BOAT.
