The 1840 Captain Freeman Dill house is located in central Eastham with a beautiful inlet/ocean view. It is an easy drive to Coast Guard National seashore ocean beach, Nauset Light National Seashore Ocean Beach, beautiful bay beaches as well as fresh water ponds. Convenient to Orleans, Wellfleet, and Provincetown. Cape Cod bike trail is also nearby. A/C. Outdoor hot/cold shower! Two nights are required for weekend bookings. check-in is at 4 pm. check out 10 am. The space There is an outside patio with views of the inlet. You are welcome to relax and enjoy the entire downstairs of the house as well as the outside spaces. Please note the house is located on a busy road. The room is cosy, but because of the position of windows and closet, the beds are narrow twins. The dedicated air BnB bathroom is a full bathroom There is also an outside enclosed hot/cold shower for your use. please note weekends require a 2 night stay. Guest access Guests may use living room, outside spaces, living room, dining room and kitchen, Although there is no cooking permitted in kitchen, guests are invited to use the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, refrigerator. During your stay I am staying in the house in the upper floor and will be coming into the kitchen but minimully in the other space in the house. I work full time so I will not be home much.
