Private 1-bedroom with great views near Amherst

Adjacent to the Scarborough Conservation Area and New England Scenic Trail yet only 5 miles from Amherst Center. Enjoy a relaxing trip to Amherst, a gorgeous walk in the woods, or just chilling on the second floor of my historic 1835 house. Come enjoy the views while you relax! The space While I live on the first floor on the other side of the house, all rooms are private and located on the second floor. The bedroom has been completely renovated and refurnished with high quality double bed, dresser, desk, chair and closet. A second small room offers a comfortable futon and couch for extra relaxation. Both rooms offer gorgeous views of the natural surrounding and amazing foliage of the Pioneer Valley stretching all the way to Hartord, CT. An area adjacent to the bedroom serves as a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and minifridge. This room also contains a relaxing chair overlooking the beautiful backyard. The full bathroom provides a comfortable shower, plentiful storage, plenty of space and a pleasant view of the backyard. Please note the stairs to the second floor are steep and may not be appropriate for small children, the elderly and people with certain physical disabilities. The bedroom ceiling height is 6.5 feet, so the space may not be well suited for tall guests. Guest access Guests are provided parking for one vehicle in the large driveway and privately enter the house through the front door immediately below stairs to the second floor suite. A key to the front door is contained in a lockbox. The combination to the lockbox is provided before check in. Guests will need a vehicle or utilize ride sharing as public transportation is not available from the house. The closest PVTA bus stop is about 2 miles away. During your stay I can always be reached through the Airbnb app. Otherwise, I tend to give guests their privacy.
