You will also be close to many eateries and watering holes found in the entertainment district and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. There will be other guests on property. We frequent the property to do upkeep, we like to keep our property looking great for all to enjoy! Be sure to say Hello we would love to meet you! We ask that you be mindful of noise level for other guests on the property. We appreciate that the little ones do not run up and down the hallway during early sleep hours, this can be very noisy for the downstairs guests. We want everyone to have an amazing stay! You will find recess lighting and celling fans in both bedrooms. Natural light pours through the windows in the living room. Cool off from the beach with central air. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen cable smart TV angled for all viewing areas within the kitchen and living room. A lovely comfortable queen sleeper couch will do the trick after a long day at the beach as well as an accent chair with ottoman to rest your feet. Fully equipped kitchen where you can indulge in a home cooked meal or make your favorite cocktail. The kitchen is complete with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space for your needs. The bar area seats four with bar stools or make yourself comfortable and use the coffee tables as trays while you watch your favorite movie. You can also head straight to the beach for a picnic. Keurig with complimentary coffee pods, tea, creamer/sugar. Complimentary spices. Fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink. This condo provides 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper for up to 6 guests comfortably, one fully bathroom equipped with shower and tub. Nonsmoking property! Guest access Free street parking is available out front of home. There is a possibility for shared driveway parking, please inquire. Back yard is shared with entire property. We ask that you keep it clean and pick up after yourself for all to enjoy! Other things to note *All linens provided- bedding and bath towels. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and soap/body wash included. Paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (2), tissues (1 box), toilet paper (2 rolls), dish/dishwasher soap included. We encourage you to bring make up wipes for make up removal. We ask that you do not use our towels for make up or soil removal.
