This charming, affordable, and clean little unit is one of the few free-standing units within the Paniolo Complex. It is situated in a quieter area, as it faces the Prince Golf Course rather than the street. Being a single-level unit, there are no neighbors above to create noise. The unit features a lanai that overlooks the golf course, a California King bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator. Most days, a lovely breeze from Anini Beach flows through the unit. Given that this side of the island tends to be cooler, we have never needed air conditioning, as the standing fans provide ample comfort.
