Our welcoming 2-bedroom condo has everything you need for your Big Island trip. The unit comes with a washer, a dryer, and free parking. During your stay, you can also enjoy using the pool, spa, kitchen, and BBQ grill. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, beaches, and a national park (with an active volcano!!). Our home is an ideal and central base to explore the island of Hawaii. Our home has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs, as are the two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is private to only the master bedroom, and the tub is custom made to be handicapped accessible. Main floor is open and cozy, with all of the amenities that we could think of to make your stay just like at home. We provide two foldaway twin beds with 3” thick memory foam mattresses, and one of the two couches is a futon. There is a Roku stick for all of your streaming services, a homemade welcome/guidebook, snorkel sets, beach chairs, cooler bags, beach umbrellas, a first aid kit and basic OTC medicine, sunscreen and aloe, a full kitchen with nearly every herb and spice, and the fridge is stocked with all of your basic condiments. We put this home together with families in mind, so we took extra care to plug the outlets with protectors, and made sure to include a Pack 'N Play that doubles as a crib, an infant sleeper, baby bathtub, potty chair and toddler toilet seat, baby gates, kids cups/utensils/plates, a high chair, booster seats, books, toys, and board games. There is also a toilet seat riser and shower stool for folks that aren't as able-bodied. Go outside on the back lanai and there is some comfortable outdoor furniture and a propane grill for some seared ahi. Across the parking lot is a community pool and hot tub that is gated. The whole home is yours and I hope you feel that way. Everything that is ours is accessible, as is the single parking space, and access to the pool and hot tub, and back lanai. If you are interested, our family might invite you to local things that we are participating in ourselves, such as a beach day at a local spot. We will also reach out to let you know of special things going on in the local area that we cannot attend to ourselves. Our backyard is against a protected open space that has an electrical fence around it. It is important that children are supervised when on the back lanai, and that all guests stay on the groomed grassy area.
