The accommodations are in the 2nd floor unit of a house close to Tufts University. It's a 13 min walk to Davis Square T; 35 min to Kendall/MIT. This small, quiet 2nd floor guest bedroom has exclusive use of a bathroom. The room is great for solo guests needing a temporary stay in the neighborhood. There is one paid off-street parking space $10/night, availability is first come first serve. You MUST AGREE to install the August Smart Lock to access the premises. No physical keys. Other things to note Access to the entry of the house is via the Bluetooth-enabled "August" App. All guests MUST agree to use the App! This is a strict house rule! An invite to your listed phone number will be sent in advance of your arrival. If you don't have a smart phone or do not wish to install the App, please cancel the reservation and I will fully refund. I do not give physical keys to entry of the house for safety reasons! You may ask for a room key and one will be provided on request. There is one paid off-street parking space $10/night, availability is first come first serve. Laundry washer/dryer is available for $10/use.
