There is a bedroom w/ a queen bed, closet and hardwood floors. There is also a brand-new queen pullout sofa in the living room. Granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances and a well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Guest access For parking, there are photo examples provided under “Backyard”. There are 2 parking spaces in tandem that go w/ the rental. They are located off of Horton Street behind the house, once you make a left on Horton our driveway is the first on the right hand side. Horton Street is a left before you pull up in front of our property at 56 Rocky Neck Ave. The tandem spots are to the left side of the paver driveway closest to the neighbors garage.
