The unit is a downstairs guest suite in a duplex. My mom lives upstairs. She is very quiet. At most you will hear occasional foot steps. No one is above the bedroom. We live right next door. Despite this we very much respect your privacy. We are available to answer any questions you may have about the rental or area. We have very strict house polices/rules. We love our home and neighborhood and want to host peaceful and respectful guests with similar values. There is a open garage area just as you enter the gate. Plenty of room to store any additional outdoor gear that you may bring with you. There is small private patio area just outside the sliding glass door. Beach access is just steps from your door. We live next door. We’re always available to help. I may be bias but I feel like this is truly the best neighborhood on the north shore. It's very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Haleiwa. The road is single laned and speed hump lined mostly used by beach goers and others who are lucky to live here. The property is in close proximity to plentiful day hikes including peacock flats, Kealia trail and Ka'ena state park. The glider port and sky diving center is approximately 5 minutes away driving. Haleiwa is approximately 10 minutes driving. Waimea Bay is approximately 30 minutes away by driving. Public transport is over a mile away thus we definitely recommend having your own transportation.
