With its private entrance, this cozy home has a fully equipped kitchen, grill, cable/Roku & Wi-Fi, board games and a sunroom overlooking Lake Noquochoke so all you are left to do is bring your kayak, food and you’re ready to relax! The space Enjoy a private and keyless entrance to this three bedroom lake front home. Guests can access all rooms including dining, kitchen, living room, game room, sunroom and bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television, private air conditioning/heating and a view of the lake. Osprey kayak provides rentals to enjoy a paddle or bring your boat/jet skis and dock them off the boat launch around the corner. Or you could even just enjoy a lakeside afternoon of fishing outside in the backyard. **Please note: the backyard is not fenced off so please keep children supervised at all times** Guest access Guest have access to all of the bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and all of the cupboards, living room, game area, sunroom, backyard and grill.
