Mid-Cent Mod Home 1.3 m to MOCA, Artist-designed
Mid-Cent Mod Home 1.3 m to MOCA, Artist-designed
Description
The house was designed by an academically-trained photographer for the company that formerly occupied the Mass MOCA space (North Adams born, trained in NYC). He lived in the house for its first half-century, and we have kept all his design elements intact. You will be on a nice street with other well-kept houses. Hosts are across the street (four doors down) available if needed. The space Excellent selection of cookware and an extraordinary dining table and chairs - it can be hard to make yourself get up from that table! Wi-fi, Roku TV, desks in each bedroom. King bed, Queen bed, and Twin bed. The house has a small back deck with lots of seating options and a large 2-level back yard that is "business at the top, (butterfly) party down below." Room ACs in all rooms. Main bathroom has a bidet, grab bars, and spray shower head. Laundry, pool table, and half bath in basement. Garage will accommodate one small-to-medium size vehicle and another of any size can use driveway. Guest access Entire house is available to guests with exception of one small locked supply room. Bedrooms, living room, main bath and kitchen are all on first/main level. Other things to note There are floor-to-ceiling 1960s era, glass windows in the living room so for safety reasons the space is not recommended for mobile babies, young toddlers, or lively, unsupervised children.
