And the rental includes a Barnstable "landlord parking pass" which allows you to park at any beach in Barnstable. It's also a short walk to the iconic 4-Seas Ice Cream , the Old Time Candy Store, an awesome playground, and the wonderful new kids room at the Centerville library. Hyannis, with dozens of restaurants, nightlife, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, is just a ten minute drive away. Available at the house are kids toys, games, kids DVDs & VCR tapes, tricycle, cozy coupe car, wagon, beach cart, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, and a second (larger) washer & dryer in the cellar.
