Luxury Solar Powered Tiny Cabin-Full Kitchen-Sauna
Off-grid tiny home in apple orchard with million-dollar mountain views!
Description
Stay in our Gala Cabin on a WORKING (formerly Amish) farm in rural southwest Montana—complete with access to a wood-fired barrel sauna. This is a true farm experience—rustic, grounded, and one-of-a-kind. The cabin is off-grid (solar), so power is limited at times. Expect open land, animals, and the rhythms of farm life (including guardian dogs at night). Located 17 minutes south of I-90 near hot springs and hiking. The space You’ll be staying on a real, working farm in the middle of our little orchard. Expect open land, animals, and an authentic rural environment—not a manicured resort. Free-range poultry roam the property, and nature comes as it is. The experience here is simple and grounded: big skies, star-filled nights, and the chance to slow down. Watch for deer, eagles, and even the occasional moose passing through. We’re located in the heart of blue-ribbon fly fishing country, with the Big Hole, Beaverhead, Ruby, and Jefferson rivers nearby. Renova Hot Springs is just 6 miles away. The cabin is off-grid (solar), so power is intentionally limited. Windows provide a cool cross-breeze at night, and a portable evaporative cooler helps take the edge off warmer days. High-speed internet (avg. 100 Mbps) is available if you need to stay connected. Unwind in our wood-fired barrel sauna after a day of exploring. Whether it’s a chilly Montana evening or a quiet morning, the sauna offers a simple, relaxing way to slow down and take in the surroundings. Wood-fired sauna is available on the property and shared among guests. We also offer additional cabins and glamping tents on the property. If you’re traveling with others or looking for a different setup, feel free to message us for details. Guest access We are located in a rural area, so most restaurants and town amenities are about 20–45 minutes away. On-site, we offer a limited menu of espresso drinks and farm-to-table breakfast burritos, along with farm-raised products available for purchase—including breakfast sausage, bacon, eggs, hamburger patties, raw milk, and goat milk tallow soap, all raised right here on the farm. Access includes a combination of paved and gravel roads, with a ½-mile gravel driveway leading to the property. For the orchard cabins, please pull in behind the cabins to park. There is designated parking for one vehicle—just be mindful to leave space for the neighboring cabin guest. We intentionally keep the property dark at night to preserve the stars, so bringing a flashlight is recommended. Other things to note This is an active working farm, so you may hear animals, equipment, or farm activity at various times of day, including early mornings or evenings. We do our best to respect your stay, but some noise and light are part of farm life. The cabin is off-grid (solar), so power is limited. Please be mindful of usage and avoid running multiple high-energy appliances at once. Shoes-off policy inside the cabin—thank you. ! Service Animals ! We respect and support the important role of service animals. However, for their safety, our property is not a suitable environment. We have working livestock guardian dogs whose job is to protect farm animals and deter unfamiliar animals. While they are friendly toward people, they may view other animals as a threat. For the safety of your animal, we strongly recommend choosing a different accommodation if your service animal must accompany you.
