There's a sunny home office with a door for quiet productivity. Evenings with family and friends? Two Roku TVs means streaming your favorite beach movie won't be a problem. Tenants bring their beach gear. Linens and towels provided. Location is prime - two blocks to ice cream, tacos, a great bar/restaurant with live music, and Wawa! Less than half a mile to Ventnor Coffee, and just a one-mile stroll down the boardwalk to Atlantic City itself! Summer 2023 sees a renovated backyard with flowers in a raised bed.
