Price and renovated spring of 2014 by Deluca Inc. We are new to air b&b, however, we have been offering the ta price house as a well appointed vacation rental for two years. We are well versed in the hospitality business and make sure every detail is taken care of prior to your arrival. We have many 5 star reviews on other sites that compliment the well designed space, cleanliness and amazing location. We are a few blocks to down town, the University and the river. The best coffee shops and brewery in town is two blocks from the property! Guest access Home, Front yard, front and back decks and corresponding single car garage that includes two cruiser bikes.
