One vehicle beach pass is provided to full-week renters. The space This house features first-floor living with one King bed, One Queen bed & 2 bunk beds (4 beds), two full baths and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spacious, private back yard safely while enjoying a BBQ on the gas grill. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, seating area for 6 with a slider leading out to the fenced backyard. The living area is off the dining area and has a comfortable 7-seat sectional and recliner with a 70" smart TV for those relaxing nights. Secluded beach access to Great Pond is only a 5 minute walk from the house, where you can paddleboard, swim and sit on the small beach area. Two paddleboards are provided with the rental. Close proximity to Downtown Falmouth (1.7 miles) where you can enjoy shopping, dining at great restaurants, ice cream, Cape Cod League Baseball games and much more fun for the entire family.
