Professionally cleaned - sanitized and disinfected. The space The Grandview Cottage has two stories with 660 square feet of living space. There is one off-street parking in front of the cottage. Private outdoor shower. First floor has an open concept living space with kitchen, dining and living rooms. Living area has full convertible sofa. Laundry closet is also in the main floor. Second floor has the king master bedroom, closet, gas fireplace and a private balcony. This floor also has a spacious tub/shower bathroom combination. There are 2 outdoor porch/balcony. The main porch greets you before you enter the home. The other is a private balcony accessed through the master bedroom. Under the deck, there is room for bikes and other beach equipment. There is an outdoor shower for your own use. Guest access You and your guest are the only ones who will access the home. Other things to note Grandview Cottage is part of a well maintained condominium association. The main house has 3 units. The cottage is a stand alone structure, not connected to the main home. Parking is all the way at the end of a long driveway (on Stockton Ave.). Linens and towels are provided. Please let us know if you will be bringing your own linens and towels. Beach towels are NOT provided. There are hoses that can be used around the property to wash sand off equipment. OFF SEASON HEAT - 3 sources 1) ductless heat (separate units in each floor) 2) electric baseboard (1st floor and bathroom) 3) gas fireplace (bedroom) - control is controlled by the old fashion thermostat located close to the lamp and window. It is temperature controlled, so if it gets too hot - fire output will automatically adjust.
