Access to highways, both route 140 and Interstate 195 are very close by. Plenty of free street parking. No smoking. The space Property is 1 hour south of Boston, 30 minutes from Providence, 45 Minutes from Newport, 45 minutes from Cape Cod, and Umass Dartmouth is a 10 minute drive. Netflix, cable, wifi, all kitchen needs for cooking, towels, bedding, and a Keurig. Ceiling fan in Bedroom 1, window airconditioner in living room and second window airconditioner can be placed in either bedroom. Please let me know as your stay approaches if you need the pull out couch to be made up. It is surprisingly comfortable for a pull out couch. Side yard is fenced in, fake grass is always soft under your bare feet, and string lights above the outdoor table and chairs are really enjoyable if the weather is nice for having a meal outside. Guest access Guest can use the entire 1st floor apartment, no one will enter the apartment during your stay. The side yard is shared space with me, the owner of the building nextdoor never enters the yard.
