Quiet and comfortable describes Room One hundred eleven. It has a private bathroom with glass shower and bathtub. One may enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Just steps away from our sandy beach. Sleeps three comfortably with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It is located on the first floor of the inn. All rooms in the bed & breakfast part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat. Breakfast is included May through October. The space By the Sea Guests is a beachfront boutique hotel, located in Dennis Port, MA on Cape Cod. You'll notice historical charms still present in the decorations and architecture, met with modern touches. Located in a central location with the biggest white sanded beach on the direct strip, the inn is a perfect destination for a quiet retreat for couples or a fun reunion with family and friends. The beach is lined with nice lounge chairs, umbrellas, and even beach games for entertainment. There is a lobby that is open in the summer months, available for inquiries and concierge. In addition, guests may use the inn’s amenities, such as the beach, seating areas, the enclosed veranda, microwave, gas grill, fire pit, and coin-operated laundry, which are shared with other guests. One beach towel per person is provided. Daily maid service is optional to guests by placing the housekeeping card on the doorknob to opt in. Full, hot breakfast is available to guests May through October. It's Chef's selection, using fresh local ingredients in the daily menu. Free WiFi, cable, air conditioning, and heat are included, as well as free parking. Only one parking spot is available due to limited space, so plan accordingly! All rooms are non-smoking. Please note, any of our policies, such as masks, breakfast, check-in process, and maid service can change at any time without notice based on the latest health guidelines as we adapt to COVID. Guest access The guest rooms are in the big, white building closest to the beach, where the lobby and veranda are located. Just follow the brick path. Other things to note Incidents, such as damages, missing items, messes, lost keys, rule breaks, etc. may be charged to your account upon check-out. This room is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Incidents will incur if in violation.
