The space The main house is the building available for guests. The barns/outbuildings are not available as they are used for property maintenance/equipment. Parties are not allowed. House is for passive use of guests, the number of which may not exceed stated and agreed upon guest count. Movie filming is allowed by prior agreement, subject to special considerations and fees. Guest access Complete access to main house and grounds. Outbuildings house owner’s maintenance equipment and vehicles so they are not included. Owner/property manager retain access (via service driveway and separate gate) to outbuildings for property upkeep and maintenance purposes. Other things to note I am totally committed to organic, sustainable principles in every aspect of the care, upkeep and maintenance of this property. No Pesticides, fertilizers, toxic chemicals are part of the regular repertoire. Mother nature has created the balance and I’m very mindful of my role as a steward of this delicate ecosystem. I’m happy to share more about my concerns and professional experience with regard to chemical exposures. Automatic Husqvarna Electric mowers manage most of the lawn care. Weeding is done by hand. I’ve done it this way for 3 decades, like the stewards before me. Pickle Farm has a backup generator which must be a started by me or my property manager. In the unlikely, but possible, event of power loss, Generator power will be available to run everything but washer, drier and AC. I will do everything in my power to arrive promptly to tend to the power issue. Appreciate your understanding and concern for global climate change which influences the power grid.
