The indoors features spacious, professionally, decorated spaces including large bedrooms for guests. Large gas marble fireplace. The home is perfect for getaways for large families and groups of friends. Lovely curb appeal with large front yard with beautiful palm trees. Huge backyard with salt water in ground pool with an attached Jacuzzi hot tub, Tiki bar and large deck with pool furniture; fire pit area that include, hammocks custom benches and white sand. Open kitchen, large center island with plenty of counter space and seating. Large front and back porch with gas grill for barbeque. Bonus room with 1 set of twin bunk beds for children. Open common area upstairs with beautiful fish tank and hockey table and sofa. Guest Parking available for 6 cars. Quiet time at the pool area is 11 pm to 8 am daily. There is a one time fee of $100 dollars to heat the Jacuzzi for your entire stay. Guest access The entire home is available for the guests including 5 bedrooms, kitchen, bonus room including bunk beds, den, kitchen, dining room. Guess will have full access to a lovely lushly landscaped private oasis outback that is centered by a large swimming pool with hot tub attached. There are a few closets that are kept lock for cleaning items, linens and personal items. My Laundry room will be shared with owners only if the home is booked for 2 weeks or more. The owners will use an outside door to access the laundry room. Owners live on property in a detached apartment. Please don't access that area. Please inform all guests that will occupy the home that the owners live on the property. Other things to note No parties are allowed at the home or on the grounds, no exceptions. No silly string, paint, feathers or nails in the wall allowed. The home is used for guests who booked the property and not for additional people who are not listed as guests. If you violate the rules, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The person who books the home must be a guest in the home. No bookings allowed for someone else. Please place trash that is in the home including all rooms and bathrooms in the outside trash can at the end of your stay. Please place all soiled towels in the laundry room. Please leave all sheets and comforters in the bedrooms or you can leave them on the floor in the laundry room. Make sure you remove all clothing and personal items from the home. Remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and the pantry before you leave the home. To prepare for next guests all food and personal items must be removed from the home. The pool area is allowed to be used only for guests who stay in the home. Please remove all trash from the pool area at the end of your stay. Please do not smoke in the home. Please smoke outside the home away from all doors. Please do not touch window blinds or curtains in all rooms. There may be an opportunity for early check-in. Please request 48 hours in advance.
