The location is everything with the house situated on the beach block just steps from beach access and close but not too close to the restaurants and bars of downtown SIC. Our decor is modern beach vibe with lots of light coloring and natural wood feel. Perfect for families or friends looking to get away and enjoy the beach! There is a strict 25 year old age minimum for renters. Other things to note 2 of the 9 beds in the house are twin trundle beds
