Enjoy a 10-minute boat ride to the bay, a 10-minute drive to the beaches, and a 5-minute walk to the bay beach. Fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities, just pack your swimsuit and start relaxing! Outdoor amenities include a 50' dock, 2 paddle boards, inflatables, cornhole, grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. Please note: Minimum renter age: 25 yrs Entire house including large parking area in front of house, and large back yard with boat dock. Guests have use of entire house and property. We are just a phone call or text away to answer any questions. Beach Haven West is a friendly boater community. Don't have a boat? That's OK, you can swim off the dock, walk to bay beach, or drive to the beaches. Everything you want is within 15 minutes. There’s a shuttle that runs on the weekend to LBI. Bookings between September 15th to April 15th are monthly only, and renter will pay utilities (copies of bills will be provided).
