Paid municipal parking is enforced April 1 – October 31. Free street parking November 1 – March 31. ⚠️ Minimum booking age is 25. Families with children are warmly welcomed. Per Borough of Seaside Heights Ordinance 2023-20 and our formal agreement with the borough, rentals to unsupervised minors are strictly prohibited. Groups arriving without a parent or legal guardian will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings.
