Lagoon access for water activities. A great getaway for the whole family! The space Cozy inside. Large separate dining room off the the right hand side as soon as you walk in. To the left-hand side is a kitchen, complete with an island, that spills into the family room that includes a comfy L-shaped couch, table and 65 inch television & Sonos sound bar. Just off the family room are two bedrooms - one with a queen size bedroom and views of the lagoon, and the other with a twin sized bed. Right down the hallway is a full-sized bathroom. A door leads to a large deck with two lower access staircases, a grill and a large table for entertainment and another staircase that accesses the upstairs deck. Upstairs includes a large, airy bedroom with queen sized bed and views of the water. The main bedroom has a larger closet, king sized bed and desk facing the water for the ultimate work / relaxation balance. The main bedroom also includes a futon sitting area with a fire TV. The full bathroom on this floor overlooks the lagoon and a sliding screen glass door feeds out into the upstairs deck. The hallway also includes a Sonos for guests use. Outside is a large paved patio complete with a gas fire pit and chairs for comfort day and night. Another table sits in the center of the patio for additional seating and entertainment. Guests commonly use this place to entertain - day and night due to the string lights - and play things like Cornhole, crab off the dock and more. There's a ladder that allows guests access in and out of the water. Once they get out they can clean themselves in the large outdoor shower. The house comes stocked with 4 beach badges, beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, tubes, umbrella, Cornhole and more. For an additional charge, I can provide access to a full stocked bar-shed that has music, a television, ice maker, refrigerator, and bar stools. Guest access Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze. Just a 2 minute drive to the LBI bridge, a 2 minute drive to local Laundromat, pizzeria, bagel shop and liquor store, and a 3 minute drive to some of the best seafood restaurants in NJ, and other great amenities. Parking is easy, with 5 parking spots on the stones outside the house and additional parking down the street.
