This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths. The first master has a King bed, access to lanai and amazing ocean views in the morning. The second master has a King bed and has an ocean view that is equal to the first master. Both masters have a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two TwinXL beds that can be combined as King with gel topper plus a queen sleeper sofa.  This upholstered sleeper is from high end company called American Leather know for making the best and most comfortable sleeper sofas with gel mattresses. There is a bath just outside the door that is just as luxurious as the other two master baths.  The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The large dining room table will comfortably accommodate eight people plus three at the expansive kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living. The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, dining area with room for another six, and an outdoor kitchen. The lanai has an overlooking view of the Wai'ula'ula community with the expansive ocean as a backdrop. The living room features a large 75 inch Ultra HD 4K TV. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery. With the optional daily resort fee you can use the chairs and towels at the hotel beaches, pools , tennis courts and golf courses. We provide bikes but a car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. Guests may also sign up for Mauna Kea Resort Privileges (prices set by Mauna Kea Resort) After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
