Accessibility There are steps throughout the property as well as a tight staircase to the second floor that may make it more difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate throughout the house. Other things to note Our home includes a narrow staircase—consider this if mobility is a concern for a comfortable stay. *Please give us a heads up if you would like to utilize the EV charger. Usage rates will vary based on the length of stay. Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
