Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, wake up to a symphony of birds, open the expansive sliding glass walls to bring the outside in, enjoy a glass of wine on the large lanai while watching humpback whales splash in the ocean. You will never pay for parking, high-speed internet, movies, laundry, or beach equipment or a resort fee. This large luxury villa has with 8 bedrooms with 9 beds and 6.5 bathrooms. The entire villa will sleep a total of 16 adults in beds; plus we can add a roll-a-way bed (for that teen that refuses to sleep with their sibling any longer), a very comfy Tommy Bahana queen sleeper sofa is available, and two pack-play cribs have added foam matresses. With children as part of the group, we can easily fit 18 guests. Smart Roku TVs have built in Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video services. Blazing fast dedicated internet is all yours. Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property via a multi-point mesh network. We’ve made heavenly beds to match our heavenly location. Crisp percale linens cover new luxury firm mattresses with a large assortment of pillows to suite your preference; (down/feather/memory foam/gel/hypo-allergenic). All our linens are ironed, so every sheet and pillowcase is crisp and smooth. It makes for an amazing bed. Each bed has a cotton waffle-weave light blanket topped with a separate mid-weight quilt. Each bedroom has control over its own whisper-quiet air-conditioning. Our cleaning staff never uses harsh chemicals and all laundry is done with unscented detergents. Our large kitchen has been personally equipped by the owner; a gourmet chef who loves to entertain. High-end German knives and flatware match the professional series cook-top, appliances and all-clad cookware. There is service for 40 in stock. Rice cooker, Insta-pot, Air Fryer, Vita-mix, we have it all. All the tools and an array glassware are available to create a craft cocktails. Private chef services or in-room massage are easily available. A full-time concierge service is included for your convenience and planning. Three large capacity clothes washers and dryers are in the Villa and we supply eco-friendly unscented detergent. We take coffee seriously. We have a $300 Moccamaster coffee brewer, a burr grinder, a press pot, a pour-over filter, and a Keurig and Nespresso machine are available on request. We have a milk frother, an array of organic teas and a temperature adjustable tea kettle. We welcome all our guests with an overflowing gift basket of local treats and fruits and a large fresh flower arrangement. The house is full of live orchids and potted plants. There are three areas: The Top Floor/Main House sleeps 8 - It’s a 4-bedroom 3.5 bath with 1,900 sq. ft. on top floor - King/King/Queen/Twin beds The first floor area sleeps 6-8 – It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the beach level – King/Queen/Queen plus a luxury firm queen sleeper sofa. The Studio sleeps 2 – It’s a large studio apartment with a king bed, full bath, soaking tub, shower, a reading nook, kitchenette and dining area. The Villa is oriented towards the back yard, with ocean views that open up to tropical ocean breezes. We have lawn games like corn hole and croquet, We are fully stocked with beach equipment (body boards, snorkels, fins, umbrellas) and lots of deck space and outdoor furniture to lounge and be lazy. It never rains in Kihei, but we have more than 30 boardgames in stock. Our beach has soft sandy areas to swim next to a mile long shallow reef area that is one of the best snorkel spots on Maui. The beach is quiet and calm, with giant sea turtles that nest each night and return to the ocean each morning. We only rent to one group at a time and may offer custom rates based on your usage and group size. Please inquire.
