This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again! The house is a split foyer with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. There are living rooms and bathrooms on both levels. Kitchen is upstairs and laundry is downstairs. The home is set on 3 acres and you have access to all of it. There are 2 firepits and a deck with gas grill to use. There is also a pond that was dug out in July 2021. 2022 was a drought so hopefully it is full by 2023. I live 15 minutes away. The house is located 5 minutes from the Knoxville Raceway, 10 minutes from Lake Red Rock, 16 miles from Pella, 23 miles from the Indianola Balloon Classic, 31 miles from the Iowa Speedway, and 40 minutes to Des Moines. It is easy access wherever you need to be in south central Iowa.
