Brand new heated salt water pool was just completed April 2022. Our home is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, & Bay block. My place is good for families and big groups. Walking distance to Harpoon’s and one block walk from AMAZING sunset views!! Close to wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are also Dog friendly and have a dog friendly beach block. (200/per dog non-refundable, fee is not included with booking). Pick up after dog or there will be additional fees. The space The first floor of the home has just been completely renovated! It’s spacious, and consist of the oversized living room, full bath, kitchen & bonus sitting room! The second floor has 4 bedrooms total & 2 full baths. The basement is a great place to end your night with a standing bar & pool table. The washer & dryer are also in the basement. Guest access We have a four car driveway & also street parking Other things to note Pool is open May 2024-November 1 2024. We supply bed linens but, we do not supply any bath towels/beach towels.
